# Inveterate

## Overview

Integrate your [Inveterate](https://www.inveterate.com/) membership program with Novel to show store credit on your brand's wallet pass and boost redemptions.&#x20;

To get started, you'll want to get your API Key and redeem portal URL from Inveterate. The Inveterate team can help you find this. In Novel, navigate to <mark style="color:purple;">**Integrations -> Inveterate.**</mark> Enter your API Key and URL, click save, and you're done!

Customer reward balances will start to sync for existing pass holders. For any new pass holders, their Inveterate balance will be pulled in and shown on the pass. Any welcome and referral bonuses you set in Novel will automatically be synced in Inveterate. Any welcome bonuses you set in Novel will be applied on top of the welcome bonus in Inveterate for new member customers.&#x20;
