# Distribute your pass

## Overview&#x20;

You can distribute wallet passes to your customer's through a variety of channels.&#x20;

### Post Purchase - <mark style="color:green;">Recommended</mark>

Novel's post purchase animation prompts customers to install your wallet pass. Along with the animation, an email and transactional SMS is sent to the customer prompting them to install their pass. This is the **best** **performing** pass distribution channel.&#x20;

To turn on navigate to Pass <mark style="color:purple;">**Distribution -> Post Purchase.**</mark> You can customize the colors and messaging for each tier.&#x20;

### Novel Pass Link&#x20;

Customers can install your pass from this link. You can drop it in social channels, put it on QR codes in retail locations, etc.&#x20;

### Email&#x20;

You can distribute passes via Novel's native email sending feature. To customize your pass email, navigate to <mark style="color:purple;">**Settings -> Pass Email Editor**</mark>**.**&#x20;

To ensure that any emails Novel sends are from your domain, verify your domain in the Novel app by navigating to <mark style="color:purple;">**Settings -> Domain Verification.**</mark>

### SMS&#x20;
