Overview
You can distribute wallet passes to your customer's through a variety of channels.
Post Purchase - Recommended
Novel's post purchase animation prompts customers to install your wallet pass. Along with the animation, an email and transactional SMS is sent to the customer prompting them to install their pass. This is the best performing pass distribution channel.
To turn on navigate to Pass Distribution -> Post Purchase. You can customize the colors and messaging for each tier.
If you'd like to turn off the post purchase transactional email and SMS message, reach out to the Novel team.
Novel Pass Link
Customers can install your pass from this link. You can drop it in social channels, put it on QR codes in retail locations, etc.

Email
You can distribute passes via Novel's native email sending feature. To customize your pass email, navigate to Settings -> Pass Email Editor.
To ensure that any emails Novel sends are from your domain, verify your domain in the Novel app by navigating to Settings -> Domain Verification.
If you'd like to send pass emails via your existing email stack, you can leverage Novel's integration with Klaviyo.
SMS
You can send the Novel pass link via an SMS blast to all of your customers.
Novel also integrates with Postscript and Attentive.
