# Shopify POS

## Overview

Give your customers a true omnichannel experience with Apple & Google wallet passes, and Shopify POS. All they have to do is scan their pass via your Shopify POS to redeem. Just follow the steps below to get this set up! 

Add the Novel tile to your Shopify POS:

If you're using Novel's native store credit, you'll need to add a product to your cart first before tapping the tile to scan your customer's wallet pass.&#x20;

If you'd like to tap the tile immediately to scan the pass without adding a product to the cart, **reach out to the Novel team**. This is only possible if you're using an external loyalty program or the wallet pass as a member card.&#x20;
