# Novel Analytics Breakdown

## Overview

The Analytics tab hosts an array of data regarding the performance of your wallet pass.

## Active Pass Holders

Active Pass Holders = Total Subscribed - Unsubscribed&#x20;

Note: Unsubscribed are customers that have removed your pass or turned off automatic updates

The number of pass holders over time is the main display, and by default shows the last 12 months. If you hover over the line it shows how many pass holders were added each month, and on the last week option it shows daily added pass holders.

## Clicks

The total number of clicks from links on the back of your wallet pass.

## Referrals

The number of customers who installed the wallet pass via a Novel referral link or QR code. Referrals = Installs via Referral Link + Installs via QR Code Note: This includes converted referrals + all referred customers.

## Net Pass AOV

The average revenue generated per Novel Order. Net Pass AOV = Total Net Revenue ÷ Total Number of Orders

## Net Pass Revenue

Net Pass Revenue is the total net revenue from orders that are directly influenced by a customer's interaction with their wallet pass. This includes actions like clicking links, referrals, redeeming rewards, and using passes in-store.

#### Net Pass Revenue Includes:

Revenue generated after a customer clicks a link from the back of their wallet pass\
\ <mark style="color:green;">**Referrals**</mark>\
Revenue from all orders placed by referred customers.\
\ <mark style="color:green;">**Gift Card Redemptions**</mark>\
Revenue from orders where the customer redeemed a wallet pass–linked gift card.\
\ <mark style="color:green;">**Loyalty Redemptions**</mark>\
Revenue from purchases using loyalty points earned or redeemed through wallet pass integrations.\
\ <mark style="color:green;">**POS Orders**</mark>\
Revenue from in-store orders where the wallet pass was scanned at the point of sale.
